The size advertised was spot on. It's surprisingly light for the warmth it provides. I actually use it as a work coat in maintenence and it's surprisingly durable considering how soft and comfortable it is. So far I've worn it in 15 degree as well as 40 degree weather. It's perfect for the cold, windy, and snowy days, but almost too warm for 40 degrees. I also like the fact that it's longer than a regular jacket, but not too long. Ordered a large and it is a little loose , but I suspect it will shrink some when washed. Very warn and comfy. Lots of pockets . What I found real nice is that the zipper is right handed , I know that sounds strange but most of the coats on amazon the main part of the zipper is on the left , this one is not . Warning this is directed at amazon and does not reflect the coat or the seller. Hey Amazon what is up with you promised delivery times ? Many times on a lot of orders You send me a email promising a certain delivery day only to find out that it is late once again . This was the case with this order . I needed a winter coat fast , it was 1 deg outside and I had no winter coat . Ordered Jan 17th promised sun Jan 20Th , received Jan 23rd . And this pattern keeps repeating on many orders .
