This shipped and arrived very quickly. Was packaged very nicely. The machine itself is compact and attractive. This is my first at home espresso machine so I’m still learning how to do everything correctly. The instructions have been fairly easy so far it’s just more experimenting with what I like and how to make it like I buy at a coffee shop. The water tank is a little tricky to fill as it’s behind the machine not on the side like a k cup machine. Have yet to find the right solution to fill it from the sink or flip top opening yet without making a mess or having to move the whole machine out. I do like the milk container is small and easy to put in the fridge between uses. Hope to learn more tricks as I keep using and make variations of tasty coffee drinks as time goes on ... show more

What an amazing espresso machine!! I love so many things about this with just some very small minor issues I would change or tweak with a 2nd version of this but nothing that will keep me from using it! I'll start with the cons per se. It doesn't fit very many cup sizes. you have to have a very specific cup size because the espresso handle and the froth handle both need to fit inside of it. even though it does have a stand for shorter cups most of our cups in the house are way too large for it and in fact it barely fits my 8oz coffee mug. the second thing is how loud the frother gets but that's only a negative for us because we have a 4 year old austitc son who can't do super abrupt loud noises like that but with warnings he's been fine! Now with all the positives! after reading through the manual and getting the jist of things for how this works since this is our real first espresso machine we learned pretty quickly on how to use this. They come with a single and double sized container/holder (I dont' know the technical term for where you put the espresso at when brewing it) so be aware of that! my favorite part is smashing down the espresso pucks which they also include as well!! Froth is amazing!! it holds a lot of water so you don't have to worry about refilling constantly (we normally use a single serve reservoir so this is super nice. I love the little lit up pictures to know what it is you're brewing and making it as simple as it can possibly be! we put creamer in where you would normally I assume put milk but wow it makes some of the best coffees we've had at home ever! its quick, so great tasting and amazing. I just need to figure out how to make these espresso drinks and lattes into a bigger sized drink without sacrificing the coffee taste! amazing! highly recommend its a must have for any espresso lovers! ... show more

My previous espresso machine was extremely large and took up too much space on my counter. The size of this machine is perfect, entirely designed for home use. I can enjoy professional-quality coffee at home. The machine's structure is sturdy, and I believe it can withstand daily use for a long time without issues.     • Not bad - Learning curve, Froth a little weak
This is not a bad little machine. Seriously. Using quality coffee freshly ground (I use Illy), this does make a decent latte and cappuccino. Set up wasn't difficult and it has user friendly buttons for the 3 different types of drinks in either single or double shot espresso. It's really the frothing mechanism that seems to struggle a bit. It's not quite as much foam as I would expect. Also, there's a rather tedious feature where you have to lift and pull (rather hard) to remove the frother and it feels like you are about to break something. Also, you have to empty the milk reservoir, then clean out the espresso basket, and reassemble everything with water to run through a clean cycle. It's not as simple as removing the milk reservoir and placing it in the fridge until the next day. It made the entire process a bit annoying. Also, it's rather loud - especially when you need to clean it, which seems like you need to do frequently. Even still, it's much cheaper than buying lattes and tastes just as good if not better. ... show more

So easy to use and set up, makes Expresso's, Macchiatos and Cappuccinos very simple. Single or Double Shots, all stainless steel so easy to keep clean. Built in Milk Frother, I never had coffee this good. Its great to be able to make at home and not pay the high priced Barista. You will love it!!

Machine casing is plastic with a few stainless steel panels. Plastic frother handle. Only place to store tools is on top of machine. Manual is normal sized print. Does a poor job explaining how to properly fill and tamp a portafilter basket (seek out an internet video for guidance). Measurements are only in metric (should also have imperial printed). Espressos dispense luke warm. If you want to get a better tamper, portafilter basket size is 51mm. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This espresso machine works great. It’s beautifully made and so easy to use. The instructions are simple. The cleaning of all the included parts are easy as well. I am so excited to have this. The water and milk reservoir is easy to remove and clean. I love that it also has a cleaning function for the milk reservoir.
