These are rose gold, but I wouldn't call them very rose gold. To me, they are about halfway between what most of my rose gold is and my yellow gold. They are a little more yellow than most of my rose gold. Some of my rose gold is about copper-colored, but this is far from that. If you're not worried about a perfect match it could maybe make them even more versatile because they go with regular yellow gold fairly well too. There's ground wire hooks that just slide in, but they do have little plastic backs to keep them in place. I find them easy to put in and very comfortable to wear, because they are so lightweight. They weigh around 2 grams, and that's for both of them! My scales really not accurate under 2 grams but two grams is on the readout. The little crosses move fairly freely and dangle, so they often catch the light. I think they're quite cute and would make a good gift for someone who likes Christian religious jewelry. My sister likes different crosses on her earrings. When I got these, well, let's take a look. WHAT ARE THESE LIKE? These come in a nice box and packaged well. They are great for gift giving. The circles are about the size of a US dime and the crosses are big enough to be seen, but not gaudy. The gold color is nice and shiny. The hooks are gold colored and do not have a spring at the base. They have plastic stops on them. HOW DO THESE PERFORM? My daughter is not too sensitive to earrings, but she can have reactions to some really cheap metals. She had these on for several days and had no problems at all. She really loves them and has not taken them off until this morning. THE BOTTOM LINE For a great set of earrings that are attractive, appealing to wear and look at and packed in a nice box for gift giving, these are a nice choice. MY RATING FIVE STARS. These Charmsy Silver cross earrings were offered to me in my Amazon Vine selection. Charmsy Silver is an Amazon Exclusive brand. I thought they were nice looking earrings, so I ordered them. The cross earrings are crafted in genuine 925 sterling silver and are stamped as such in a teeny font on the wire that goes through the ear. The hoops are small; see picture of one next to a dime for comparison. Each earring has a dainty little cross hanging down from its hoop. The product title says the earrings are for teen girls. However, the description on the page says gift for anniversaries, wedding party, brides, etc. The earrings came in a cellophane bag in a black box marked “Charmsy Silver” in a cellophane bag. I got these with low expectations, and was overwhelmed with how great they are! The sterling silver with gold plating is very even, bright. And more importantly they do not at all fall into the brassy yellow faux gold glow pile. These look elegant, have a really nice length and eye catching movement to them.
