It was guaranteed for 3 - 4 days after purchase, the same night I got notification that it was on its way via UPS (seller in USA, I am in Canada) and the next day I received it. I was very impressed. Now onto the actual neclace, it was exactly as described, brand new stamped 14k and from what I can tell of extremely high quality. I am pretty confident this is genuine legitimate 14k gold. I will know when i take it in for cleaning in the future. I can safely recommend the seller to everyone.
