Arrived in good condition, however after least then a year later the mirror started to flicker on and off, or rather bright to VERY dim, until now it does not come on at all!! Tried to contact support but not one has bothered to contact me. Amzn support told me to contact the mfg email which is what I did…. We are now, SOL as no one has reached us back… crickets!… DO NOT BUY THIS MIRROR!!! ... show more

Nice product that I really liked out of so many other brands out there. sadly received damaged so returning it. Frame in the middle and right corners are bent, backlight not lighting in the left bottom and top. 🙁 Amazon promptly send me a new replacement and unfortunately that one has not visible frame damage but border led is burned and left with visible dark patch in the front top left corner (see photo) and when used in dim mode or off mode it makes high pitched humming noise! 😞😞 ... show more
