Installation instructions are minimal. Be careful when installing the cleats that hold up the mirror as the screws holes are not lined up and it makes it easy to create a non level installation. Also it doesn’t seem possible to deactivate the lit buttons, like my other mirrors. Those blue light remain on when the lights are off. ... show more

Everything has been fine up until this past week(at the 3month mark). I noticed the light just started flickering on & off and decided to unplug it and hopefully a miracle happened and it would work normal again next time. Turned it on again today, for about 45 mins it was good and all of a sudden it started doing the same thing again. My replacement window has closed and now I don't know what to do. I can't find any leads to the sellers info and I really don't feel like dropping another $300+ on a mirror. It's such an inconvenience because I use this mirror for work purposes 🙃 I'm pissed to say the least. Update- once customer service contacted me, everything got resolved.
