    • As Good As The One That Came With My Dell Laptop
I always keep the transformer (Wall Wart) cables and power cords that come with any electronic devices that I discard. One never knows when they will need one for a specific voltage, etc. I had other transformers on hand with the same input/output power ratings and connectors. One was even from an old Dell laptop. When I would plug them in to my Dell Inspiron, it would show an error for the power connection and not function properly.     • Great fast charger
I’ve been using the charger for around a month now and it charges very fast and has been reliable. The one con is that it feels like cheap plastic but then it’s smaller than and charges faster than the one that came with the laptop.

I have a Dell my Mom And Dad bought me 3 years ago, she died 3 months after so it’s very special to me. The input to charge broke, as usual on laptops, so I paid to have it fix. Found out I also needed a new cord and you are always afraid of after market parts. But the great reviews had me ordering and I am very happy with my purchase. When my Dell laptop charger broke I went to several retail stores in search for a new one only to find they were wanting $60 + for it which sounded crazy to me. Found this one on amazon and it works PERFECT no issues or complaints and I will be back to order another one when the times comes.

This does not have the USB-C connector, it uses an old, small round connection and has the sketchiest adapter I've ever seen to a larger round plug. If you like getting electrocuted and don't actually want power for your Dell, I guess waste money on this.
