I ordered this mast pipe for my Ham Radio antenna mount. This pipe is very sturdy and as it is only 1-1/4” pipe it’s lighter then a 2” mast so it provides a ver sturdy mast without adding extra stress to your mast-mount. I have no doubt it will hold up to the adverse Florida weather conditions.

I purchased this pole to install dtv antenna on roof, since antennas do not come with the mast pole. This pole is thinner than those cable dish poles installed on the roof. Without getting into details, I inserted this pole into an existing dish pole base attached to my roof. Because this pole is 60% of diameter of the dish pole, I had to find a brace that could keep this pole from moving side to side while inside the dish pole. I did, but it's awkward. Came with no instructions. I found an assemble video and had it assembled in about 10 mins. No mounting instructions at all. Ended up combing thru reviews and looking at others finished product pictures to understand how to get it set up and installed.
