These island stools are perfect for a modern, clean look. They are simple to assemble and the swivel is an added bonus. I actually see these stools everywhere and I knew they would be a perfect addition to my new kitchen island. Also, I really wanted a gray or white distressed seat, but the combination was not available. However, when I saw the contrast with the brown seat and my floors I wasn't too excited. I sent a quick message via amazon and this amazing company understood the ASSIGNMENT! They FedEx'd me 4 new seats that marry perfectly with my kitchen even though it was not one of their options.
