I buy a few packs of these paint pens for my kids every year for Christmas and they love them. We purchased Posca pens and these off brand ones last year to compare and these work perfectly fine and lasted longer than the name brand ones for a fraction of the price. They are not professional artists, they just love to be creative so I like that there is an option for my kids without breaking the bank. They are permanent but do not smell like Sharpie brand paint pens since they are just acrylic paint. They do bleed through thin paper so I like to make sure they are using paper that is meant for acrylic or watercolor paints so we don't have that issue. UPDATE: After using these markers for a while now, THEY ARE GREAT, ESPECIALLY AT THIS PRICE POINT! I find them to be better than the few DecoColor markers. They don't bleed, run, or ooze out of the marker. The colors are good and they dry fast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! These acrylic markers are ok for the price but don't expect the quality of a more expensive marker such as DecoColor. They apply very wet so they take a while to dry. Also, maybe it's me but I expected the "reversible tip' to be a double ended marker. These come with tips that you have to remove and turn over and insert the other way around. So my suggestion is if you want the broad tip instead of the bullet tip, reverse the tip BEFORE you use them for the first time to avoid getting the paint on your hands or other materials. I used a paper towel and it was fine, but I can see how it could be messy. Maybe if you use a tweezer or pliers it would be helpful. Overall for approx. $1/marker they are ok. ... show more

These items are 100% what I needed when I bought them, I bought a pack of the small tips and big tips at first to trial run them and I was in love, I ended up buying 4 more packs 2 for the fat tips and 2 small tips but one of the smaller tip packs I had like half the box didn’t want to work which was surprisingly sour,. I was able to finish my project without them but it still was on the back of my mind, excellent product probably needs just a lil more quality control, will probably order more and then give an update with that, ... show more
