Beautiful plates that I get compliments on. Surprisingly heavier than expected. One plate has chipped in the first two months, while isn't the end of the world but does suck. Easy to clean and stack!

UPDATE (gets worse): The seller contacted me after I submitted this 1 star review, asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I thought, well that’s responsible of them. After telling them I would prefer a refund they have now ghosted me completely. No response after I’ve sent them multiple messages back. I mean, why even reach out if you don’t follow through. IMO, so much worse than just not reaching out at all! Initial Review: First and foremost, we bight these dishes in mid March but didn’t start using them until the first of May. Today I opened the microwave to find a salad plate completely cracked into 2 pieces (see photo). The microwave was set on 50% power for only a few minutes. Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. I was shocked. Second, I was going to ignore this other issue but now I have to bring it up. I ordered 2 sets of the 12 piece dinnerware. When we started using them the first of May, I realized that the dinner plates for both sets were not the same size (see photo). The 4 plates in one of the sets was smaller than the 4 plates in the other set. Noticeably and obviously smaller. The larger set measures 10.75” and the smaller set measures 10.25”. I am very upset with both of these issues and of course can’t return them now through Amazon. I tried to find some way to contact the seller but couldn’t locate anything on Amazon. I researched dishes forever before buying, trying to find lead and cadmium free that fit into the design I was looking for. They are a complete fail. DO NOT BUY these dishes. ... show more

These plates and bowls came very well packaged to ensure they would not be damaged or broken. The ceramic texture is exactly what I was looking for and I love this color with the brown rim and speckles on the dishes.

Very pleased with the quality of these dishes. Look so nice on table. They are quite heavy..only negative...but again, well made (not fragile) & microwave/dishwasher safe. Most important, they're non toxic when heated. Would buy from this company again! 👍
