Ordered these mugs for a bachelorette party with a custom logo printed on them. Really easy to upload the jpg in the customization setting but I was a bit worried because I wanted to change the text color to better stand-out on the mugs. I added a comment in the "optional text" section because I didn't know where else to include these instructions and when I got an email only 2 days later that they were shipping to me I was SO nervous that it would be incorrect. These turned out very good. I was expecting color in the logo, but black and white looks great on the mug. They're a great size and feel thick and sturdy. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a great price company or other logo'd mug

I uploaded a family photo - only an outline of the family was printed - not the photo. When they say a photo can be uploaded, you would expect the photo to be shown as is. I have done this before with other vendors and the photos were shown in their original format. Very disappointing as my 9 year old grandkids were looking for a special gift for their parents.
