  • good tire, competitive with major brands
Size: 33/12.517
ok these are some pretty epic tires for cheap! ran these 1000+mile city/hwys and still rolling with very little wear. they are legit, no chunking, no severe roar below 55mph, balance well, very deep wedge lugs and widely spaced tread, shipping took a while but arrived as exspected with a just a shp label no packaging. modern style pattern like KO3 lug wedge. the tread roar really kicks in @ 65mph and is very loud on my silverado, like ear plugs or stereo @ 3/4 volume loud, sounds like a turbo prop plane or straight pipe Harley. these r heavy though... be aware with 33"x12"x17" on steel crager rims they will weigh around 100lbs+ and have significant rotating force. these r a heavy multi ply comercial style tire. you will need good brakes to run these. also prbly a regear if coming from p245 stock to 33". the wall thickness is awesome though like 8-9ply... someone backed their hitch into one on my truck in a parking lot and just bounced off. got a sizable chunk of metal in one at scrap yard and still holding air. the tread is a little flexible around corners on blacktop and I notice a moderate amount of slide @30mph. lots of syping and stone ejectors like coopers and other exspensive treads. these have grip for days on any surface. tested on hardpack dirt high speed (55mph county dirt road) and was like a sports car in handling with mud/rock flying everywhere *.* in mud they have alot of floatation in this size, tried a few deep mud holes on trail in 2wd and its was like nothing there. hopped over a curb paralell by accident into a 12" deep mud rut and just gripped on side lugs, floated out back to blacktop. curb rash doesn't affect these much with the side lugs. honestly these float so well they are like lawn tires for big mowers barely bending the grass in the yard with no ruts. yes @33" they hop curbs and go where you wanna go without property damage as I do in my yrd often. tested high speed concrete/blacktop road and yes these can do 70+ or are high speed rated. they are a soft->med compound though so I do not recomend burnout or tire spin. run these 33"x12"x17" ~40psi after exsperimenting w/ 35-55psi to get a full contact patch and no ballooning on-road. looking forward to running these on the next overland trip. they did drop my mpg from a car tire (Goodyear assurance 15mpg city) by 5mpg but the mpg loss probly due to sports car handling and a lead foot ;D beware these r lots of fun to use! update 6months; tested on back roads in mud, ice, snowheld strait and true @ 55+mph... added another 3,000+miles and the air pressure is starting to stabilize as the tires seat better?? at any rate there is little wear and they hold within 1psi of air pressure week to week per my shop guys... as in all 5 tires... very impressed! esp after running goodyears for decades. many agree cooper copycat 50,000k tire soft sticky compound with good wear pattern makes a truck into a Corvette handling @ 17x33x12.5"... ya they can take alot of abuse... not for lack of trying ;@D ... show more

  • Great Budget Mud Tire
Size: 33/12.517
For once, you get more than you pay for. This is a good tire at a great price. Arrives to your door pretty dang quick too! This tire does create a bit of road noise, however if your buying mud tire you probably like that kind of thing. Once the windows are up though you can barely hear them. Good aggressive look! ... show more

  • Decent tires for the price.
Size: 35/12.50R20
Decent tires for the price, I ordered them and had them delivered in two days. They do have a little bit of noise but not bad at all. Will update once I get more miles on them.
