Ok. So the guy in the video made it look so easy, and I’m sure my lack of proper tools and skills didn’t help but in the end it came out looking pretty good. I like the solid plastic flap and the magnets are strong. The concept really is easy- you measure, make a hole and put the two pieces together. I bought this for my office door as my two dogs keep scratching at the door to go in and out. I needed a simple solution. This product was it. The instructions were very easy to follow. The template was super simple and allowed me to position the doggy door perfectly. You need a drill, a jigsaw, and a screwdriver. You need to select the correct screws (provided) in order for the white caps to fit. It took me about 45 minutes in total. Looks great and the dogs learned to use it in less than 1 hour. The media could not be loaded. We built an outdoor dog kennel for two Bassett hounds. They have fresh air on the outside, but the back of it is insulated for the winter months. If they have to be out there while we are gone, the doors are great. I need to close the plastic door every night. It is cheap and hard to close I tried to return one as the first one was already installed by the time I reliazed it was junk. Now they say it is too late. This was $$. It's a rip off.I want a refund.
