Love this chair. I crushed my shoulder, had a full replacement, this chair has been the saving Grace. I sleep in it most nights, very comfortable. This is not a big person’s chair. It fits me well but I am only 5’5 on the petite side.

The people I had helping me did not listen when I said not to throw the box away. Its comfortable but a tad bit snug with my swelling. So I will see if I can sell it here.

Love, love,love this chair !! The fabric is soft and beautiful. It's quite firm (but that means I won't be sitting on the floor in a month), was very easy to assemble, and works perfectly. The only negative I have is the arms were labeled opposite, and it took a while to figure out why they and the back would not lock into place. Even with the mix up, we had it up and working in about twenty minutes. ... show more

My Fibromyalgia tends to affect my knees, lower back & shoulders. This chair has restored some of my mobility. The lift makes it easier to get up on my painful knees, the massager relaxes all of my joints & the recline is perfect for my body. I am so glad I got this chair. Okay, this item is a mixed bag review. First, let's start with the pluses. This is an actual power lift chair, not just a power leg lift part or come a few inches off the base chair, it actually raises you to almost standing. Next the material on the outside of the chair is very comfortable. The chair actually has heating for the back and a massage feature, and they work. The chair was easy to put together and it even has a USB port to charge your phone. At the price point I paid for this chair, it's a deal. Now for the not so great. It's a small chair, I'm 5ft 6 in 300 lbs and typed in big man's power lift chair and this one showed up. Now the chair works, it just not a big man's chair. My feet hang off of the foot rest. Also I have to use a towel wrap between my neck and the chair at the top due to the contour of my neck and the chair. While the chair does lift me, it feels a little unsturdy. The lift is slow, which is fine but it does have some slack between some movements of the chair. Final word, is it a lazy boy ? Of course not. Would I buy it again , absolutely Value for the buck, excellent ... show more

We were very surprised at the comfort of this chair for the price. It came in 2 boxes, one was 97 lbs so we needed help getting it in the house. It was easy to assemble and we used it right of way. It has helped my husband so much. He has Parkinson's so he has a hard time getting out of chairs. This chair has been a life saver! ... show more

Haven't even had the chair a year, had gotten it for my mother who has cancer, and the cushioning is already flat, the message option is just vibration, and the chair doesn't hold the recline position. It also leans back to the right unevenly. I contacted sellers, and they want pictures of the bent brackets...and stated I've already had the chair for 5 months. I'm sorry but this is a lot of money to pay for a product that isn't worth it, and I don't want it replaced. I want my money back, but I doubt I'll get it. ... show more
