Heads up on charging it: at first the red light is constant, but partway through charging it was intermittent. I think the bad reviews on its lasting power were due to incomplete charging. I've been running mine for nearly 3 hours, and the battery signal says it still has nearly 100%. It's even smaller than I thought it would be. That works for me, as I'm using it as a temporary player in my car. It's a nice little player. Edit: It seems that it doesn't charge unless the switch on the back is "on". ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Definitely portable. Fits in my hand. I like that I can bring it anywhere. Sounds okay. Video shows change of sound between equalizer modes. Remote works. I'll keep it. Haven't tried the bells and whistles yet. I've just played cd's, but that's all I really needed it for, so I'm happy. I prefer top loaders because if they ever stop playing cd's, all you have to do is take a q-tip to the eye and they'll play again. I'll never buy a front loading player. This is a lightweight player, but it has a remarkable sound. What I like about it is you can plug your mp3 player to it also. It's nice to be able to take it to the garage and listen to my favorite cd's when waxing my vehicles or changing oil. There is also a remote that comes with it in case you want to put it on a shelf. It is compact so it makes it easy to take with you for traveling. USB cord for easy charging so no batteries required. Good price for a nice sound system. Since our 2020 Tesla3 doesn't have a CD player and I didn't want to download the CD to my phone and try to figure out how to listen to it from the Tesla3 software, I just bought this affordable CD player and used it (as you can see) on the dashboard of a recent road trip. It was stable enough to withstand road bumps and electric vehicle vibrations (are there any?). The speakers are positioned just right so that both driver and passenger can hear clearly. Mainly used on its charged battery but can easily be plugged in to the Tesla USB port. Haven't tried the Bluetooth speaker yet. What a deal! ... show more
