We ordered these for our Prepac bookcase headboards since they did not come with any sort of power adapter (of course these headboards were much lower in price than the ones that came with outlets for power/USB charging). They look nice and only required me to cut a hole to place them on the headboard shelf. The screws provided are very small, #1 Philips head screws but should last as I cut the hole to match the size; I'm not sure if they provide much more value than keeping the face flush with the surface. Having outlets on the bottom helps me keep the area "clean". ... show more

Son just got married. They wanted nightstands built. So I built one for him with 3 drawers and with this power strip built in. I mounted it in the back of the nightstand, that way he can have his phone, watch, lamp all on top of the nightstand and all of those charging cords going off the top towards the back & down to the power strip plug in. Which has plenty of 110v plug-ins and plenty of USB plug-ins as well, plus a 10 foot power cord to reach just about anywhere in there main bedroom of their house. So far so good. If everything holds up.... then I need to build another 3 drawer nightstand and order another one of these power strips for my daughter-in-law new nightstand.. ... show more

I wanted to use this in my bedside table to charge my devices but it can’t change more than my phone and a watch. That’s even using a block the usb ports won’t power enough to charge either device. Don’t try and plug anything else in because it’ll kill power to all devices because it’s trying to divide it and basically the output is not enough to do anything. As well the warranty/return on this item is only 30 days because they know it’s garbage. One of my usb-c ports has already stopped working completely in less than 2 months. ... show more

I checked all the ports on arrival and everything functioned great. I checked them after installation into my standing desk. No problems, looks beautiful. Literally not even a month later (after not being used due to office construction project) one of the usb-c ports does not work. Trying to go through Amazon to contact seller for a refund or replacement at this point. Will update review if nothing comes to fruition. ... show more
