This product had clearly been previously returned as the majority of the items were damaged with holes or dirt and grime on them. Additionally, it’s missing several parts so we cannot install the drawers underneath the bed frame. Very disappointing purchase

The media could not be loaded. The headboard did come dirty, but it was easy to clean. The drawers don’t come out easily when trying to access them but, overall the bed frame is so beautiful and very comfortable. I love a bed that’s not to high so if that is what you like I would 100% recommend.

This bed frame and head board was easy to assemble. There was a missing piece, the power adapter for the LED's. The company was very quick in responding to us and sent it out immediately. They were very friendly and helpful.
