I got this for my man and I for adult extra curricular activities. The color is perfect, but if it gets wet you can see the color of the substance when it dries. (Mainly if it's white or milky) Very comfortable and does not shed. Easy to clean as you wash and dry it on normal cycles (med heat wash med heat dry) Note - I did not use fabric softener on mine, and the sherpa still was soft not clumpy. It is perfect size to cover half of a king bed, and it feels like it is made of quality materials for the price. Would work if you use it for pets, toddlers, or adults. It has saved us from having to wash our sheets daily, as this is actually water resistant. Final note - after you go to dry it make sure to lay it out flat or hang it until you can confirm it is 100% dry. If you fold it before then you may come in contact with excess moisture next use as it won't air out properly. (This could also produce mold if it's a reoccuring issue.) Overall very happy with our purchase, and would reccommend this for the price. (Especially compared to the ones that are $100+ for the same activities.) I love the deep red color. Definitely waterproof. So far the quality seems pretty good and I haven’t noticed any shedding from the fluffy side yet either. Is a good fit for activities and the weight is nice too.

Was looking for a blanket to use on our boat. This one fit the bill. Very comfy and a real plus that it doesn’t absorb lake water. It did get wet when the bottom of the boat was full of water but quickly dried.

I am so much more in love with this blanket than I thought I would be. This thing is just incredible. I got it for the extra curricular use with hubby. You guys know what I mean. Got tired of washing all the towels and the bedding because it gets pretty messy, but now I don’t even have to worry. And what are used to be big puddles.. Are now small ones that do not spread. A little secret too. If you take a small towel and blot it. The blanket dries almost immediately and I mean really dry, comfy and warm. It’s quite comfortable to lay on. Pets it retains very little or no smell. And it keeps the mess so localized barely had to use any towels. Hell I could’ve even moved the blanket around and avoided the area altogether till I decided to machine wash it. None of it got through my bed is completely clean and dry. I have so little cleanup and it kept me warm and dry all night long. I am really impressed. I’m honestly thinking of who I can give one of these too as a gift. I honestly could think of so many multi-purpose situations. This would be useful the bedroom, the car with small children, the boat, camping, dogs and cats. Some people put them Under their rabbit cages. It’s a great idea. I really wish I could envelop my kitchen floor in one of these for every time our old dog pees on the floor.
