    • Shield split first use
For almost $400, I guess I expected a helmet that would last quite a while. The first time he wore it, the shield split, and condensation started between the pieces. He called the company, and, they told him they couldn’t do anything, had to go through Amazon. I got online, and they said I had to pay for the shipping... ship it back, and wait 3 weeks to receive a new one. I continued complaining about these things, as this was not his fault, he didn’t break it, they just made it poor quality.. the customer service agent I spoke to did send me a new shield immediately... but, I’m going to assume they get a large majority of customers to foot the bill for such things.. not impressed. It’s also a pretty common problem with these helmets.. unfortunately, I know nothing about them, and, just thought for a major name brand company, and being so expensive, it would be good quality. The heated shield fogged the first time out. I had to remove the heated portion to continue on my trip. I'm waiting on a reply from the company weather or not they will replace the face shield.

    • Cheap quality for price you pay
Received as a Christmas gift. First time wearing this week. Already broke. My window to return ended in January 31st. I suggest you don’t buy.
