Left only one other review in my life but this olive oil is simply delicious. I love olive oil and have searched for years for the ideal olive oil. Some are good, most are too weak or too strong and or bitter. This olive oul is the perfect balance. Mild, yet wonderfully tasty. Its like eating savory liquid flowers with the very essense of a whole perfect olive. So smooth, light, aromatic and heavenly. I love it in a salad or just on bread or crackers with a hint of salt.
