I dislike the back being low but I’m 5’7 and it hits my shoulder blades it’s not that bad and it’s big and low to the ground which I love, the black velvet is beautiful, so easy to assemble. Would definitely buy again Update I would definitely not buy this again I’ve had it for over a year now and the back cushions get deflated and the cushions you sit on also get flat definitely not a couch you can enjoy everyday. The color was great. The back of the sectional is too low and the entire thing sit too low to the floor. I didn’t like the zippered arm pillows. The sectional I received was defective and corner pieces would to connect the sectional together. So we had to push them close together to sit on it. I expected something bigger. Amazon did great when I called them about the problem. Just wish I would’ve waited to return it once it was back in stock. I throw it out a few months ago and I’m looking for something better. ... show more

I was hesitant after reading over the reviews. Just like anything else you buy its a hit or miss. Thankfully our couch was not defective and arrived in perfect condition. I ordered black. The 3 box's was extremely beat up. I put it together by myself and it took about 3 hours ( I am not a handy woman ). The back is shorter than your average sectional and so is the cushion's. You cant beat this price! I paid in total $746.00. I love it and its perfect for our Livingroom. ... show more

Pros: * Long couch/ can fit multiple people *Cozy enough to fall asleep on *It adds to the aesthetic of the room nicely! * I paid for the option of having it delivered to my apartment on the 3rd floor. Less hassle! Cons: * It is low to the ground. * The color has faded after a year. * The arms of the couch are hard to zip on so I just lay them on the sides without being secured. * It has to be pushed up against the wall or it creaks or feels a bit unstable. * Narrow seating when sitting up straight in the middle. Final Notes: Overall, I think this couch is worth the price, and I would purchase it again. My 6’5 friend was able to take a nap on it! You get what you pay for! ... show more

Make sure the back of the couch is up against a wall. Ours broke very shortly after purchase. We bought all new screws to try and fix it. It held up for a week and broke again. Our living room is extra large so when we moved it all the way back it’s very far from our tv. Over all not worth the $800 . Very disappointed ... show more

    • Amazon worst customer care . False advertising.
Sold n ships by amazon. Amazon for the very ist time , disappointed me to the level of madness. The sofa was poorly made . Wood that holds cushion in place broke the very first day. I thought it’s the defective piece. I had my eye on this sofa for last 2 months. I wanted a replacement. The add clearly states free return replacement for 30 days. Y r u even advertising this if u cant fulfill it. I demanded replacement instead they straight told me I’m only eligible for return as it’s in back stock. When they r clearly in stock even for tomorrow delivery. I spoke to 4-5 supervisors on 4-5 times calls. They hanged up the phone on me . Whoever is incharge, kindly approach me so i can tell u what a bizillion dollar company lies and treat the customers . ... show more
