Overall, the unit is quite adequate for the price. However, the curve is doesn’t allow for a “hoe” attack on the weeds. I found my wrist having to extend at an awkward angle. Probably try another brand.

handle shown is curved at the end, this has a bend. I purchased this because I liked the curve of the handle as well as the grip...any other one has the bend. At least the grip is as expected. Also the foam that was around the head of the tool was extremely hard to peel off. and left a sticky residue on the tool end. Just not as expected. could have gotten one for $s less ... show more

Well made. Perfect for grass burs / stickers. We live in Texas and battle stickers constantly this thing works perfectly. Wouldn’t recommend for weeds with a deep tap root. But for crab grass type things this is perfect!!

Did a pretty good job of helping me uproot the weed jungle invading my yard, but half way through the project the teeth started to bend and warp and I began contemplating every life decision I've ever made. But for what it is, a very handy tool. Though, if you are removing thorny plants I would recommend spending more to get one with a longer handle, otherwise you'll end the day looking like you were attacked by the cat you don't own. ... show more
