This company went way beyond simply great service. They guided me through setting their product up with my equipment which, when they sold me the equipment, they did not know was a non-standard fit. They asked for pictures, figured out a solution, recommended I buy a particular fitting and walked me through making sure it would work after it arrived. Then, when there were still difficulties, they realized I needed a special hose. So they custom- built it and gave it to me without charge! This company is outstanding.     • Not bad for the price
There is no inline filter on the valve...it appears that they tried to compensate by using 3GPM jets which are way too big in the hope that the jets wouldn't clog without a filter. Even so, the jets clog easily....will be adding a filter and switching to more appropriately sized 2GPM stainless jets (brass jets are worthless anyway). In summary...not bad for the price but it's not really complete either ... show more

Used this extensively this past weekend on a very large job with lots of stairs. It is very comfortable to use, good proportions, suction depends on your machine though, not the wand. It is replacing another stair tool I had that has been malfunctioning. This got the job done, comfortably, and it will become a permanent member of my tools. ... show more

The 3rd time we used it the head welds cracked/came lose. Had it fixed but it looks like hell with the non factory welds all over it. I purchased an Evolution wand and stair wand. Best wands ever!!!! I’ve been braking my back all these years with the basic 2 jet carpet wand. Not anymore!!
