Be aware of the strap orientation. I need the support on the thumb side of my wrist, not the pinky side. The straps wrap around the pinky side very nicely and it feels secure and supported, but the thumb side feels less supported. Other than that, it seems to be a very nice product. I'll probably switch to a 3-strap brace/support so there's one going directly across the wrist instead of just 1 above it and 1 below it, and that may solve my issue. ... show more

After working with my hands for 65 years, I have developed very severe arthritis in both wrists. One option is having both wrists surgically fused (how would I eat?). The only other option is wearing bilateral wrist splints 24/7. I got one pair from my OT, which were very uncomfortable. I ordered an additional pair on Amazon which were more than twice the price of these, but they weren’t very comfortable either. These wrist splints fit well. The shorter length is more comfortable, but they still restrict movement. Being able to adjust the splints in two places independently is a wonderful feature!
