Everything was good until one day I plugged it up an it never turned on. It showed that it was charged on the remote but not responding. I have a 2 year plan an for 2 hours I’ve been trying to get to the final step with Amazon to see how to return it or what to do with an exchange. I used this longboard for three days going to school and work with approximately 7 miles round trip average. The attached photo is what is left of the drive wheel after I put the rubber back on the hub. The drive wheel rubber came off while I was moving around a corner. Disappointed in the quality of the wheels. I have not travelled 20 miles and need a new hub wheel. Battery life is mid-range at best. It is a minimum 2 to 3 hours for full charge. Motor power is underwhelming. It was faster to walk most of the minor uphill sections of sidewalk or road. ... show more
