Carlyle Ceylon Cinnamon Capsules is a bottle of 120 capsules with a recommended dosage of 2 capsule per day which gives you 60 days worth of cinnamon goodness. The bottle says that this is non-GMO,gluten free and made in the USA. The front of the bottle and the supplement facts box says that there is 4000mg of cinnamon in each two capsules but that claim is a little confusing to me. Under the 4000mg it also says that it is 'from 400mg of 10:1 extract. Does that mean that it's 400mg of the 10:1 extract and that is equal to 4000mg of cinnamon? In that case wouldn't you say it's 400mg of cinnamon extract from 4000mg of cinnamon? ... show more
