I highly recommend these sleep gummies. I have severe insomnia and have tried a lot of sleep gummies that have had no effect on me and these work wonderfully. I take them 30 minutes before bedtime and I wake up the next morning very well rested.

    • Cured my sleeping issues!
These work like a charm! I've been having sleep problems for months. I have issues falling asleep, so I use melatonin or some other sleeping supplements, but then I wake up drowsy, and can't get out of bed, and the cycle repeats itself. I decided to try these as I've heard good things, and wow they did not disappoint. I take them before bed, and go to sleep easily, wake up feeling fresh. The first time I took these; I was so surprised how I got out of bed so easily and felt so ready for the day. These are honestly a cure for whatever I have going on. Would definitely recommend them! Gets you sleepy but doesn't have the drowsiness affect when you wake up like typical supplements. I'm not a big fan of the price, but if you seriously have issues getting to sleep and/or getting out of bed in the morning, these are worth the price and is a life changer. ... show more

I travel quite a bit for work and have a difficult time sleeping in hotels. This the the first thing I have found that makes me fall asleep pretty quickly and get a decent night's sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. They taste pretty good too!

    • They work, but there are cheaper options
I typically don't like to take melatonin or supplements because I don't want to be dependent. I have tried several different sleep aids, mainly gummies. These knocked me out, it may have been because I haven't taken any sleep aid in a year. They upside is they do work well, but to continue my trial I did take them for about a month-in which they seemed to lose their efficacy. Other downsides are-cost-it's a Kardashian brand and has been pushed on social media so the cost is expensive compared to others. They have sugar in them which sucks if you take them after you brush your teeth. Overall, I may buy them again, but tablets of melatonin work just as well and are more cost effective. ... show more

    • Puts you to sleep but…
I’ve been taking these gummies for a couple of days now and it really gets me to bed. I feel drowsy within 20-30 mins and I’m ready to sleep. The problem is their strength, it doesn’t keep me asleep. I unfortunately keep waking up in the middle of the night. Like after two to three hours of being asleep and then it’s hard to go back to sleep after I wake up. I was hoping these would help with me sleeping through the night but they just help me get started and that’s all. If that’s what you need then it’s perfect for you but I need something that’ll help me have a restful sleep throughout the night. ... show more

    • Fiery, Destructive Nightmares
This supplement does not work. It takes an hour to feel any form of sleepiness. Then when you finally fall asleep, there’s constant tossing and turning. Then finally, vivid scary dreams of fire and destruction. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for a peaceful, good night’s sleep.
