I am one of those people that can not fall asleep. Doesn't matter how tired I am, doesn't matter how long my days are, nothing matters. I lay down to go to bed and my mind starts racing of everything and anything. I have an extremely hard time falling and staying asleep. I never trusted a vitamin or supplement to provide the assistance I need, but I tried this and it actually works. No grogginess the next day, it doesn't make you feel sick, or at least it didn't for me. Worked well to get me to sleep for the first couple of times but quickly lost effectiveness. Also didn’t keep me asleep. The flavor is good albeit a little too sweet. The worst part is the packaging. It’s a cheap plastic material and the edges are sharp to reach in and the bottle is too large for the quantity. The plastic is also weirdly loud to get gummies out — not easy to quietly take a couple in bed while not disturbing your sleeping partner. ... show more

I have been dying to try these out. Im a nurse and work long days on my feet and usually have to take a melatonin during the week to let me brain relax and sleep. Melatonin usually works great for me, but these did not work as great. I have tried them a few times and all the times I have used it, took longer for me to go to sleep compared to other brands. ... show more

I purchased these for my insomniac hubby but decided to try for myself as well, to see how they work. Disclaimer: I usually do not have trouble sleeping, only when hubby is restless. The taste is pleasant and I like that these are Melatonin and there are not any THC products in these. I took two close to bedtime, which is recommended, so don't know if they make you drowsy if you take further away. I slept fine, still woke up at my normal 5:00 AM and did not feel any groggy side effects in the morning. Hubby says they didn't work so well for him, but neither does the prescription stuff. I have had an issue with falling asleep and tossing/turning for years. I only take one of these at night during the work week (Monday - Friday) and feel it within 30 minutes or so. It used to take me forever and a day to actually fall asleep and then I would toss and turn all night long. I also feel like since it does such a great job helping me with my sleep, I don't need to take one every single night. They taste great and no bad aftertaste. Felt my eyes get heavy within 30 mins of taking! I work night shifts, so when I’m off and trying to go to bed earlier I take this for help. They taste great and work really well! Definitely feel like I’m in a deeper sleep than normal. Great Job Kourtney!
