These gummies work and so gently. I usually fall asleep quickly but typically wake up randomly in the night. These gummies kick in within 10-15 minutes and keep me in a deep sleep all night. These are fine. They taste great, but their effectiveness is questionable. I never seem to get into a deep sleep. I keep trying them because they were not cheap, and I don’t want to throw them away but I won’t repurchase.

Was hesitant but now hooked! My partner and I have problems falling asleep so we were skeptical but we each took two and about an hour later we fell into deep sleep. When taking other natural sleep aids I have to take at least 3 times the recommended dose for them to work. With these I only need to take two and 30 minutes later I am out. I rarely review products unless I feel compelled to help other consumers. I really wanted to like this product due other reviews and the need to find a healthy sleep supplement. Unfortunately this product did not work. I took one at 8:30 pm and waited an hour, felt a little relaxed but not sleep ready, then took a second and then a third over the next two hours. I found myself up at 1 am in bed desperately wanting to shutdown but wide awake. I’m small in size and weight (120 lbs) and typically react well to any medication so it’s definitely not a dosage issue. I’d say if you need a little relaxation vs a shut your brain down sleep aid then this might work. There are definitely like as products on the market that have the same impact for 1/2 the price! The packaging is very nice and the taste is great but ultimately not worth the money if a solid sleep is what you’re seeking. ... show more
