Initially I really liked this product. It went up with not too much fuss and did a great job of sheltering me while working outside on projects in the hot Florida sun. It would assemble and disassemble without much trouble. The last time I had it up, worked for the morning and left for several hours during the day. Returned to begin working again and found the poles bent and tent on it side. Customer service states they are not honoring warrant because 1) l left the tent alone 😶 2)it at some point was rained on (usually is put up outside, am I right?) 3) its not meant to be a permanent structure I am sure most of you agree, you cant leave this propped up in your front yard as a permanent structure and remain friends with your neighbors So basically, the company does not stand by their products. Unless you plan on babysitting your tent, put an umbrella up so it doesn't get wet and make sure you don't plan on keeping it up for longer than their said time, you should be good to go. finally - an affordable "garage". rather easy to assemble (and dis-assemble repeatedly for hurricanes). the cover has held up great with at least 3 assembly/dis-assemblies in the last year. we screwed the feet into the driveway which helps with the stability. have had some pretty substantial wind gusts and it's held up just fine. highly recommend! ... show more

Six inches of snow destroyed it. But before that it worked great. Be sure to anchor it down throughly!! It’s a giant sail on a breezy day.

easy to put-up. for the price i think its alright . im missing 2 tie-downs , maybe the company will them them to me. only time will tell how well it will hold up ! i installed cross ropes on the frame for support under the canopy , also to help hold canopy up so rain water doesn't collect , and pull the canopy inwards. the ropes cross each section in both direction. ... show more

***DO NOT BUY!!*** I never write reviews but this one is needed to hopefully talk EVERYONE out of buying this canopy!! The upright poles that attach at the very top of the canopy do not lock in. Had it up 3 days and the first gust of wind came and separated the canopy from the poles on one side causing it to bend and break the poles on the other side. Now it’s completely worthless. It can’t stand now. Save your money and buy a better quality brand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I even had it between 2 houses so I can only imagine how bad it would be in an open area.
