Using the MudBuster is easy: muddy paws go in, clean paws come out! To use, add a little water to the base of the Mud Buster. Then, insert the muddy paw, do the twist, dab the paw dry, and repeat for 3 more feet! The Mud Buster features an array of soft, gentle, thick silicone bristles inside an easy-to-grip tumbler. Designed to be gentle on your dog's paw, the silicone bristles will gently loosen mud and dirt, keeping the mess in the MudBuster and not in your home or car. The Mud Buster is great for trips to the park, hiking, running or even playing outside. The Small MudBuster is specially sized for small and toy breeds. BPA free! The paw cleaner works surprisingly well. Before this I would have to either wipe my dog’s feet for several minutes until the cloth came back clean or take them into the tub and wash them off. Now I simply put her paws in and move it up and down (I found out I don’t even need to twist it) and turns dry the clean paw off. My dog is so much less stressed about this than the excessive cloth wiping I used to do. She’s completely calm during the clean up. It’s such a time saver and keeps the area clean. Oh it might be obvious to y’all but don’t fill the container with water, there needs to be room for their paw 😂 I leaned that after spilling a bunch in the floor the first time I tried it. ... show more

    • Filthy Mutts Come Clean with the Mud Buster!

Large width makes gripping tightly with small lady hands quite a challenge. We’ve tried various techniques and positions: gently pumping up and down… quick downward thrusts… side to side with circular motions. Sometimes fast and vigorous works best while standing. Whatever it takes to get the job done! Offering licks of peanut butter helps to distract when we’re getting down to business, especially when there’s a lot of filth involved. Sometimes it just takes a little extra time, depending on how dirty things get! We always have extra towels ready for cleanup. We’ve had plenty of unintended spills and messes. Somebody gets too excited to stand still until we’re done with the task at hand, and accidents can happen. Silicone bristles are flexible and rubbery, not hard or stiff to the touch. I start with a little squirt of soap and add warm water when cleaning it after use. A hard plastic handle or some kind of attachment - anything that would make it easier to hold on to - that missing feature would be a very useful addition to the design. There is a textured, bumpy pattern for gripping, so that should make holding the device (without slipping) easier -But that’s a feature for people with bigger hands. *We own the Large Mud Buster, used ONLY for cleaning our DOG’S PAWS. Overall, we are pleased with the performance of this device. It’s a durable, thick plastic outer cup, with soft rubbery silicone “bristles” inside. We have a 70 pound Silver Lab. It cleans paws easily and effectively, and as long as you rinse it well after use, it won’t get gross. You can soak it and/ or run it through the dishwasher as needed.
