    • Faulty USB cable after 2 months
I like the device but after 2 months the USB cable is faulty. If it's plugged in and working and I barely touch the cable it shuts down. You need to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work. Other than that it works great. I email customer support for a warranty but they never replied so that's not too good. ... show more

Takes forever to turn on once the vehicle is started. When it decides to work, it'll run for maybe a minute or two then freeze. You have to unplug the device and reconnect then wait 5 minutes again for it to turn on.

Excellent product! I purchased this wireless carplay adapter for my car. I found the install very easy, takes just minutes to set up. It is so nice to get into the car and not have to plug my phone in. The maps are more defined than my previous version. On my wired carplay system sometimes it would not load because of my wired connection. I would have to disconnect then reconnect.
