The item arrived in a timely fashion, securely packaged. I love my car but my the side mirror for whatever reason always seems to find the rain. I'm a user of side mirrors. This retractable squeegee works well and fits easily in the middle console. I am able to open the window on the passenger side and clean the side mirror as easily as I can clean the drivers side. The first one I bought had to be returned as the rubber didn't go all the way across. I guess it was the last in the line for that run, who knows. But replacement was easy and fast. Used the replacement on my French panes on my dutch door and so much easier than just cleaning with paper towel. It gets the corners and there isn't any streaking.
