I received this product on Monday. I was a little apprehensive because it was thrown over the fence and the box inside seemed like it was opened and then taped back closed. However, the machine seems to be in working order and new. Only missing a small cleaning brush that was mentioned in the instructions. Luckily, I already had one. So far the espresso maker has worked as advertised. The machine itself is very beautiful and doesn't take up too much space. I have made many "practice" coffees, and so far so good. The "crema" on the espresso is beautiful! The froth for the capuchino and lattes is remarkable, thick and great looking. Very easy to prepare and clean the milk frothing component. I can show off with friends and family as if I were a barista😁. Iam still trying to figure out how to make the capuchino stronger, since that is the way I like it. I will try to update my review when I have used this machine for a longer time. So far, no regrets on my choice! UPDATE: I still love the coffee brewer, but I find it very annoying that after brewing, there is always water leftover in the portafilter. Called customer service and they said to add more coffee, which I did, a lot! There is less water pooling, but still there, and makes it messy to empty the used grounds. Update: customer service has approached me and are very supportive. I haven't really found the solution for the water in the portafilter, but their level of caring makes me give back the star I took away. ... show more

Very disappointed. Worked great for the first couple of months then the steam stopped working to froth the milk. I have cleaned and cleaned the machine. I take the milk container and clean it thoroughly multiple times. and nothin. I'm just getting warm milk. It shoots out a burst of steam at the end, but nothing is frothing. So frustrating! ... show more
