This was easy to install, excellent build quality and looks fantastic installed. We would definitely recommend it! Now for some quirks: 1) It needs a user manual, we had to Google and experiment with how to get night mode to work with Android Auto. 2) The screen isn't visible if you wear polarized sunglasses unless you are directly in front of it. 3) You can't switch from km/h to mph on the home screens without downloading a file onto a USB the uploading to the radio. 4) Sound quality is good, the presets on the equalizer are not great, again, not a huge issue. 5) Get the radio with more memory if you are going to be downloading apps. ... show more

This product exceed my expectations: 1) it fits perfectly with my 2014 Jeep Patriot. The panel of the dashboard replaced the original one greatly. The canbus was designed to be compatible to the original radio ports, making it a true plug-and-play installation. For basic functionality installation, it took me less than an hour to install. 2) The tablet has so much extensibility regarding functions. I was surprised to find that I can add: backup camera, front-facing camera, 360 camera, steering wheel control, 4G network access if i needed to. I ended up only adding the steering wheel control to it as I have backup camera installed with another product. 3) The seller has amazing customer support team. The associates who helped me was named Icey and has been super helpful. When I first installed the unit, I had some problems connecting to CarPlay because I didn’t know it’s better to disable my iPhone’s Wi-Fi to connect to CarPlay smoothly. Icey walked me through the problem with great detail and also followed up with me on several other questions I had about installing steeling wheel control, etc. I highly recommend upgrading your old jeep with this seller and product! ... show more

One thing about fellowstar they have very great and professional workers that care !! Me and my wife really love this screen head unit . It fit perfect right on the money !! Everything was plug n play and easy instalation. I highly recommend this for anyone with a jeep patriot. Super easy plug and play install. Everything works very well as it should, FM radio, Bluetooth, Android auto. Only issue I'm having is with maps, while driving at night it is stuck on day time mode so it's a little overwhelming. I've tried different settings and can get it to change to night mode but once the app is closed and reopened, it goes right back to day mode. UPDATE!!!!! July 2024 The customer service for this device is 100% amazing!!!!! They trouble shot & tried to fix my radio 5 different ways and for me not able to use more than half my screen only during the home page they were finally able to fix my radio!!!! June 2024 original reveiw!!!! 1st clue as to what was to come was right after installation. When setting up Bluetooth my phone said" press Auto connect on radio screen to finish connection" but there never was a pop up on the radio and I couldn't remove the pop-up on my phone until I closed out the window.... Worked perfectly for the 1st 2days then completely crashed.... (black screen except a snowflake button that stays on screen at all times ) to where I took everything out and replugged everything in.... and now the only buttons that work are volume buttons and the open windows button .... If you bring up any app that requires your keyboard it will pause the music (even if my passenger is useing my phone) .... & as I was making the video showing all my issues with this radio I pressed the open window "car link" and it turned off the video I was recording.. ... show more

Easy to install and looks good. lasted just short of a year and under 6,000 miles ( Very disappointed and no tech help ) .. Shut unit off by power switch will not restart
