  • 90% of what I got were broken leaves and no roots.
Size: 30+ Plants
Ok so what you get is nothing like picture. You get individual leaves that look more like duckweed and I am about 90% sure the majority that had to be trashed was duck weed. The seller sends a nice little insert that talks about plant melting. Well these plants were not melting most of them were dead. The majority of them were broken or torn leaves. They came in a cup well packaged but the plant it's self looked like someone reached into a tank of water where they were growing grabbed a hand full and squeezed them really hard like a sponge. Most of the leaves look like they were muddled like mint. The cup it's self that contained the plants were bone dry. In the end I ended up with about 5 viable leaves that had a tiny root like duck weed and on with a decent root on it. And that is it. The leaves were not melting like the insert mentioned may happen and it does happen from time to time but that was not the case with these they were not properly harvested or packaged. Go outside to a clover patch and take your hang grab a handful and then twist them until they break off. You will get an idea of how these looked. I have been growing aquatic plants and aqua scaping for 30 years and never have I had someone pass off plants in such horrible condition as possibly melting I know the difference between melting and rot and while the leaves were not rotted they were not viable at all. I am not going to bother with a refund because I did not take pictures of them in the container but the attached photo are what I managed to save out of the container. Now this could just be a one off thing maybe an employee did not do their job properly who knows but as it stands I can not recommend these plants nor seller to anyone. ... show more

  • Healthy
Size: 10 Plants
Packed/shipped very well in little cup. Very clean looking, no extra passengers. Good little handful of healthy looking plants. Split them between my two tanks do see which is the better growth environment. Healthy colors and strong roots, minimal die off in shipping. would recommend

  • Not impressed
Size: 30+ Plants
The main thing I failed in doing was to isolate these when I added them to my tank. To completely follow the return policy this company expects, you need to allow them to re hydrate and if they don't make it, take a photo. By putting them in an existing ecosystem, this is impossible. We'll, maybe not totally, but at the same time it kinda is. You see I already have these in my tank. How do I know these are the ones that didn't make it? Well because they just fell apart and didn't grow. Eventually they just disappeared being eaten by the fish and shrimp. So a photo just won't happen. I may order more and put them in their own bowl to start out. But this purchase was just a slap in the face and a waste of our (the seller and my own) time. And yes, even though I did have these on their own side of the tank, anyone who has floating plants in their aquarium knows they always end up in a colony. ... show more

  • You pay for 30 but get 5 and 25 parasites
Size: 30+ Plants
Was expecting 30 plants from the listing images but once it arrived they where all dry and dead and smells very rotten this is my 4th wash and it still makes the water merky and a lot of tiny worms and bugs the value for your money is not there the appearance of the plants is horrible not one looks like how it should be it’s a hit or miss with the seller some people got lucky and got good plants while others not so much. Make sure you wash the plants and let them sit in clean water for a day or 2 near sunlight to make sure there’s no travelers and change the water every 3 hours or so ... show more

  • It is supposed to be green but it arrived with brown plants
Size: 30+ Plants
Arrived so late: I purchased the plant on May 29, 2024 and was informed that the plant will be arrived in a week but it was delayed till June 12. While I picked that up from my mailbox and opened the package, they appeared all brown ones as shown in picture. Although there are roots remained with plants, I have doubt if they will survive even after a week. I will update the result later. ... show more

  • SNAILS! Nice little plants otherwise.
Size: 30+ Plants
FIRST AND FOREMOST If you do not already have or do NOT want snails do not purchase these! Unless you have some form of snail removal plan. This tank did not have snails before.. and now it does... Such is life I guess. As of the date of this review, I have only had these little guys in the tank for about 3 days. They arrived healthy and green and to my surprise 2 days early on shipping. NOTE: The 30+ plants thing is a total bunch of hogwash but the 4oz cup was full! There were some loose leaves but I'm alright with that as even the loose ones seemed to have little roots sprouting out. Currently, they do NOT have RED roots. I'm hoping with a little bit of time and a nice grow light they come around. Overall I rate this as... Meh. Could be better... but it could be worse too. ... show more

  • These are not mature plants
Size: 30+ Plants
There are many reviews on here complaining that they just got a bunch of loose, green leaves with no roots. That is how they will arrive, with one or two big root systems. The plants will quickly grow roots over the next couple of days, and turn red over time provided you care for them appropriately. And after awhile you will have more of them than you know what to do with. Do not expect them to arrive bright red and mature. To get the color out of them you need a lot of high intensity light, an established tank (i.e. "cycled"), and a dose of fertilizer once a week will help. Minimize surface agitation, you don't want to suffocate them. So if you have a huge HOB filter, they might not do well. They prefer still water. Use an air stone for gas exchange if keeping fish. ... show more

  • READ REVIEWS
Size: 10 Plants
Usually I read product reviews but this one I didn't for some reason I just hopped on the idea of these cute little things being floating around in my beautiful fish tank and I ordered them and they are literally all dead and crumpled up. It says to put them in water and stuff for a few days just to see if they spark back so I did and I guess we'll see what happens but only like three or four leaves that are floating are even semi alive smh yikes ... show more
