I was so excited to see these stools on Prime Day sale, as I've been wanting this style for quite some time. However, I'm a bit disappointed in the quality and level of comfort. They're not very sturdy in that the metal frame is thin (not sure what the maximum weight is) so anyone with a tall/larger frame beware. Also, the seat is not very wide and does not have much cushion, so I can feel the metal frame against the back of my thighs. This may not be a problem for some with longer legs? Order two sets of these chairs. Cheaply made. Stitching looked like it was already stretching. Started assembling and couldn't get the last chair together. Would not screw in the hole. Then noticed another chair was missing the plastic end cap for the bottom of the leg. Sending them back. My kids would have them destroyed in days. ... show more

One of the seats appears to have the surface material separated from the base material. There’s a lot of wrinkles and loose areas. The other seat seems to be well intact on the inside. One of the holes underneath where the legs attach had a staple directly inside the hole where the hardware was supposed to attach. It took some digging, but I was able to remove the staple and finally assemble the chair. ... show more

The tools did not fit the device. Both are flimsy and one of the holes wouldn’t even take a screw so it’s unsafe. If it was safe it would look cute and feel comfortable but it was expensive and didn’t even work.

We ordered these for our new kitchen. I thought they would look so great with the sleek butcher block table We put them together. Which was not that difficult which made it more encouraging to continue to complete the assembly but we know thisI noticed right away the unevenness of the legs. When we tried to sit down on the seat it was very short, my husband is 6’4”and He did not feel that it was a comfortable stool I also found it a bit short for my legs and not supportive. ... show more

assembly was a headache since the parts don’t even fit together correctly half the time. i’m not sure about the sturdiness since some of the parts don’t even fit there’s a missing screw here or there where i just couldn’t get it in and secured. it seems fine enough if you’re looking for a cheap chair set. also the packing was awful, it smelled terrible and left my hands brown when trying to unwrap them and put together. ... show more
