    • The hydraulic isn’t broke like in reviews
My first thought was it was broke also but it takes force to push and pull it up and down when you lift and lower the handle. Again You can not just pull up and down on the lever you have to use some force at first to get it to move at all but after some use it works just fine. A True Fraud! do not Buy! This peace of crap will not allow height adjustments, because it was sold as a fraud. There were no functioning hydraulics in them at all! One of them was rigged to block the hydraulic release mechanism from engaging.

    • Adjustment lever does not work… *UPDATED*

Maybe I’m missing something, but neither one of my chairs will raise or lower. The lever feels loose and does not do anything when pulled. Hopefully customer support can help, but I don’t see a way to contact the seller? EDIT: I saw another review that resolved my issue. There is a black plastic cap on top of the hydraulic post that has to be removed before you install. If you do not remove it, it ends up getting jambed into the base of the seat and will not allow the adjustable lever to function. ... show more

    • Disappointing
The stools are not adjustable as indicated. I reached out via email to the company as instructed and after 7 days there's been no communication. Would not recommend or purchase again. Very disappointing, I need 2 more and obviously won't be buying this brand.
