I purchased the beige Willow candle warmer after reading a lot of mixed reviews about this product. Because of the price I decided to give it a shot. I have a traditional electric candle warmer that works well and fills my entire apartment with amazing scent but because of the configuration of my small apartment, finding a place to plug in the warmer was problematic and created a lot of potential for getting knocked over. I didn't realize there were pluggable warmers that could go right into an outlet until I started looking on Amazon and these particular ones seemed to be the most popular. After receiving the item I immediately plugged it in for use with a typical size wax melt. As other reviews have noted and not surprisingly because of just the sheer small size of this product, it took about an hour and a half for the one square wax melt to completely dissolve. Based on other reviews, I was interested to see whether I would actually smell the fragrance in the room considering how slow it is to melt but surprisingly and gladly I can say that in my small apartment, the scent definitely carried throughout the living room and even wafted into the bedroom. I can't say for sure if this would work in a large home in a large room but for a small apartment or even a decent size apartment I definitely felt like it carried the fragrance beautifully. If I were to buy another one of these it would be for use in the bathroom and I can say for certain that in a small regular size bathroom that the scent would definitely be great. I will update my review after using this product for a little while because I would like to see how long the lightbulb will last or how long the product itself will hold up but for this price point I would just be glad to get six months to one year use out of it. One thing I am definitely not excited about is removing the wax from the dish. Since the entire thing has to be taken out of the outlet in order to take out the wax it is definitely going to be challenging. Obviously I would never remove it while the wax was melted because I could definitely see it getting knocked over or dripping onto the floors so I'm thinking that the best way to remove the wax is going to be by letting it dry and turn into a solid and then try to crack it out. All that being said and done, it looks very lovely when it's lit up so that is an added bonus. ... show more

So my husband's daughter gifted him with some custom made wax like Stars Hollow it smells like snow. Well due to someone's post somewhere I purchased a 24 pack of silicone cupcake cups. This bowl is small but a cube melts to the very top and it takes quite a while to melt it up, so now I melt the cubes in the cupcake cups. I have a coffee/chocolate smell, a vanilla sugar cookie smell and the light snow scent. I just drop in whatever smell I feel like smelling and I have kept it on for five hours and the cup in warm but no too hot. Use a sticky note to remember what scent is what and stack them on top of each other when cool. I am really happy with my purchase of the dark green wax burner and because of the silicone cupcake cups I can purchase another one for the downstairs. ... show more

I really like this wax warmer. It's ascetically pleasing to look at and it melts the wax pretty fast. The only reason I took off a star is because the little toggle switch is actually kind of hard to push. When I go to turn it off, and there is hot melted wax in the top, the last thing I want is to have to push super hard on the little switch and end up getting wax on my hand. Perhaps over time and multiple uses the switch will loosen up a bit. ... show more

I bought a few of these to place around my house for a subtle but lasting smell and they do just that. My only complaint is that because theyโ€™re able to rotate my dog has unfortunately dumped two of them and the hot wax ran down the wall and on the carpet. I really like these candle warmers. I ordered 5 of them to put throughout the house. This one glows nicely as a nightlight. I love that they are a warmer too. I used to love the glow and smell of burning candles, but I have cats and do not want to chance starting a fire or endangering my cats, so this is the safer way and I like it so much more. Thank you for making these. I like being able to control the scent by not adding but a few pea size pieces. I also use a 7 watt bulb as I like the ambience that it has and it still melts the wax. I also like that the plug twists to fit in my plugs as the are sideways and need to twist to have the candle warmer to be upright. I'm very happy with my purchases. :-) ... show more

I enjoy that I can finally have a wax warmer for my room and it works well. But with a regular sized wax cup from Walmart or such, it can overfill the warmer and the wax will drip if you try to turn it off while still warm. Do not knock it will a full cup. One cup may seem like not a lot wet, but dry and splattered on your desk and papers is a mess to clean up. It's great in a dorm room in a place where you can't knock it over and you enjoy having your room smell nice for guests. ... show more
