I felt it necessary to write a review for this item, but only because I am dissatisfied with it being defective but because it poses an electrical and fire hazard. Within about a week of using this wax melted, I noticed that it took very long for it to actually melt the wax and generate any scent. Then, the light bulb would turn off on its own. It also then started to burn the wax rather melt it and I noticed fumes of smoke, NOT FRAGRANCE, coming from the device. Perhsps it was only this item that I received that was not up to standards, but I reached out to Amazon anyway to inform them of this safety risk. ... show more

Pretty simple. Works as it should and doesn’t get too hot. The brushed chrome one I purchased DOES NOT emit very much light at all, so don’t count on it as a night light or anything like that. It also looks like an urn when it’s turned off, so keep that in mind. I wish I would have purchased a different design that produced more light. ... show more

    • HUGE and dangerous but pretty.
It’s pretty and I love the overall look and finish but it is HUGE. Half my Keurig, unnecessarily HUGE. The pics in other reviews did not look anywhere near how big it is. It also gets very hot, very fast. Too hot to even brush against for a second. Before the wax had even melted the warmer itself was uncomfortably hot so I had to turn it off. I will try a different bulb but I brought the new warmer because my old ones bulb burned out and the bulb alone was half the price of getting a new warmer and easier than matching up the bulbs to warmers so very disappointed and surprised with all the other great reviews ... show more

I'm a little bummed out about this wax warmer! I bought it in February and noticed that the wax would "evaporate" before I had a chance to change it. Eventually the wax would stay in it after like 3 or 4 times of it "evaporating". I just checked on it thinking it was time to change the light bulb because it wasn't as bright as normal but I opened it to find all of my "evaporated" wax at the bottom of the warmer and the light bulb blacken. It saddens me to give it a one star review because I really liked the way it looked, but God forbid something happened to my home with myself and 2 children in it. I'm sure I probably got a defective one so buy at your own risk 🙈 ... show more

    • Leaks wax each and every time
I rarely review my purchase but felt the need to share this with anyone considering this product: I purchased the brushed chrome warmer. I have had many, many warmers with this style of removable tray/heating bulb over the years. THIS ONE LEAKS WAX INTO THE CHAMBER WITH THE BULB EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s a pain to clean the remnants of wax out of the chamber, around the lamp. Thankfully I have small hands and use them or a butter knife, but it’s a takes 20 mins to get it close to thoroughly clean each time. Please spare yourself the trouble; there are other warmers out there that don’t do this. ... show more

My warmer arrived today. It is not exactly as pictured but is beautiful and works very well. I used scentsy wax with the warmer and the scent quickly filled the entire house.

NOT a fire burning wax melter so it takes longer and doesn’t let off as strong of a scent. I don’t like the fact i have to have the light on for the scent to burn but overall I give it 4/5. Nice accent and cute.
