We've been fans of Camco products so we decided to give this sewer hose a go (it comes highly recommended). Simply put, it's a great addon to your camping tool set. The quick connect/disconnect assembly is kind of a tight fit which, of course, is needed so nothing escapes. It's long (20') and, as far as we've experienced, is plenty for most campsites. This is our first camper with facilities included. We bought this and fits perfectly in the bumper for storage. It compacts nicely and easy to use. The clear elbow was very helpful to see when things were empty. Totally a worthwhile purchase, esp considering the cheap piece of junk the camper store gave us that I would have been afraid to use. If you have an RV and camp where you need to empty your black water tank then this is a must have. Not only is it durable, Long, but the 90 degree end makes dumping your tank so much easier. I have always just used the standard blue hose that came with the trailer but after using this I can't believe I waited so long to pull the trigger on this. This will fit 4 inch outside diameter bumper storage on travel trailer. It's tight but will fit. I had to clean out bumper storage with a leaf blower followed up with a duster on extension pole sprayed with wd 40. It's a tight fit but will work.

So they say this fits in a 4” square tube. It does NOT fit. They didn’t take into consideration that a 4” square tube is NOT 4” on the inside but about 3 7/8”. So to make it work I had to sand down the circumference of the connector at both ends of the hose. After about an hour of hand sanding I got it to fit. I think the manufacturer never really tried to see if this fits. They should know that there is an exterior measurement (4”) and an interior measurement of 3 7/8”. ... show more

Products from CAMCO seem to be of decent quality overall. I have not used this sewer hose yet, but it seems like it will work out fine. The only downer is that the coupling is too big in diameter to fit into my "sewer hose compartment" in the motorhome. I had to put it in one of the other storage compartments. ... show more

It’s good strong quality. The locking ends are great so you don’t get any 💩 on your hands! The accordion style is great, too, when we are not able to park directly next to the dump tank and can stretch the hose all the way out.
