This review might be a bit early. I think for these, I probably need to have them for at least a few months and at this point have only had them a little over a month so I may update this later if the durability doesn't hold. First, I use these most days. Either sauteing or boiling the vast bulk of the time. They were replacing an old T-Fal set that had warped and had non stick coming off - didn't take to an induction surface well. These have held their shape, held the non stick and been pretty easy to clean. They cook evenly - basically everything I could want. The thing that was the most shocking was the boil over inserts. Those things are amazing! It really does keep things form boiling over. If it really boils hard, you can get a little bit out of the pour spout and I wish they had one that fits the smallest pan, but these really make a difference and most of the time, I get zero water over the edge of the pan. I don't put them in the dishwasher or use metal utensils. I'll update if anything changes but so far, I absolutely love this set and it has covered everything I need for everyday cooking. ... show more

I only use silicone utensils with these pans and the coating has peeled. Not sure if these were true Calphalon or if this set was a refurbished set.

    • The coating began peeling after three years
This is the only name brand we have used in 20 years of marriage. However, the quality is not what it was 20 years ago. The coating begins to peel after less than two years. Food bakes on and does not make it easy to clean. Our last set lasted two decades. It's been three years, and this one needs to be replaced already. The sizes of the pans are standard. ... show more
