    • Stylish fridge, holds larger sparkling wine bottles. A little noisy when running

This review is for the 20 bottle size. The fridge is really well built and feels like a quality product even down to the shipping container which was really well designed to protect the fridge in transit. We already have a built-in wine fridge in our kitchen but it struggles to fit larger bottles. We drink a lot of sparkling wine and our built-in shelves are not really sized for the bigger sparkling bottles. The built-in can fit sparkling wine bottles but they take up extra space reducing the overall bottle count. This fridge actually can accommodate them quite well, it gets a bit tight but you can still fit the full 20 bottles even when they're mostly sparkling wine bottles. T The fridge is on par noise wise with my built-in which is also a bit loud when running. When it's first coming up to temperature and running a lot it can be kind of noisy. We have this in our basement so it's not a big deal to us but I would probably not want this in my TV room due to noise. Once the fridge is up to temp it doesn't run that often, but when it kicks on you'll know it. Feature wise it's pretty basic. This is a single zone fridge so you probably have to decide if you're going to make it a red or white fridge. It can handle temps for either but not both at the same time. You get a simple temp digital temperature control and LED button. I swear when I ordered the listing mentioned multiple color options to cycle through on the LED light but it only does blue. The listing now appears to accurately reflect that but it's still referenced in the manual that you can cycle through three LED colors. That's not the case, at least for this 20 bottle model. The LED is also mounted at the top of the fridge and can get blocked by bottles if you insert them stem first like the pictures. I reversed mine so the cork side faces out and that helps let the light reach the full fridge. It would be better if the LEDs were mounted on the sides or elsewhere to prevent this. My other fridge is built that way and the bottles don't block the light. The shelves are technically adjustable but there's really only one configuration. You could completely remove a shelf if you wanted to fit larger bottles but there are only channels for the shelves where they're already sitting so you can't really reconfigure it at all. That was fine for me as it fit the larger sparkling bottles but there are a few odd shape wines we have which don't fit on the shelves. I simply use the little basket area at the bottom for those. Overall I think this is a really solid wine fridge. At the time of writing there is a $80 off coupon making this a decent price for a wine fridge. Without the coupon I would probably feel it's a bit expensive for a 20 bottle fridge. I have a 150 can beer fridge which I bought from a hardware store for not a lot more than the full listed price. That fridge is twice the size of this one, in fact I have this fridge sitting on top of it. But if you can get this on sale or with the coupon it's a great little fridge and you won't be disappointed. ... show more
