This dog tie out is exactly as described. It works for our 15 pound dog perfectly, strong but not heavy and bulky. I purchased another one for our 75 pound dog after giving him a test run on the first one. If you're looking for a dog cord this is your go-to it is so long it is so adorable it is so easy to install it doesn't really tangle! We use it for our shepsky and it works great for him he has so much room to move around but yet is strong enough towards where it's not going to let him go! I bought another of your tie out cables for dogs under 35 lbs, The cable was always getting tied in knots. Although this cable is for dos up to 90 lbs it never gets tied in knots and is very easy to coil up for storage.
