So having the burp lids for a month the lids work great, seal great and I have no issues with them, it's the auto pump that messed up, one day after charging the pump I noticed the green ring light stayed on so I figured I would use it until it died and try charging it again to see if the light would turn off, well it's been a few weeks and the light stays on and I have to keep charging it vs it the lights turning off and not having to charge it all the time, I reached out to burp lids and after a few weeks haven't heard anything from them, unfortunately I'll have to go with something else being that I'm a company that could have used a lot of them for the time being. I need a company that will stand behind there product. ... show more

One lid had one of the sliding plastic pieces missing. If I'd paid $40 for the set I wouldn't be mad. At $140, I am a little. I haven't used them yet so maybe I'll ammend my 3 stars. Typically when they're are complaints right out of the box, though...

These are difficult to use. I had one that didn't burp properly and a whole bottle of bud was quickly ruined by white fungus (bud rot). If they don 't seal well or don't burp-its hard to tell. Better just to just cure the old way -after hang-drying for 3-4 days, trim and place buds in mason jar. Open the jar every day (like the burp) until buds are cured (10 days). You have some sense of what is happening-these lids are a nightmare. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. All and all a great idea however the lids are poor quality the threads are not straight or smooth and you need force to hopefully achieve suction half don't seal half you hurt you hand to tighten enough hopefully they can reach out and resolve the issues I am having cuz as a said great idea could be a great product hopefully a bad production run will update if I get a reply Update. So was reached out to by customer service half the lids were not the best other half were great it was probably just a bad production run I was issued a full refund and I will say the ones that work work great this experience will not stop me from ordering more it is a great product and saves a ton of time "burping". And the customer service team was great immediately addressed the issue and resolved it within w days thanks for the help and like I said I will be getting more despite having some lids that were not the best ... show more
