    • Great fountain weak pump.
I love the fountain, but after a month of use the pump went bad. Removed the pump and tested outside the fountain and is not working. Removed pump from another fountain to double check and it works with another pump. So now all I need is a new pump for this fountain, which we like.

    • Pump failed, poor customer service
I (properly) installed the fountain & pump, and filled the fountain to the top level. But the pump failed in less than a day. I then tested it inside in a deep sink filled with water, pump was completely dead. Customer service said they had some poor pumps and had changed suppliers, and they would send me a new/better pump right away. But then after waiting over a week they did not! After chatting via Amazon and MULTIPLE HOURS of chats, emails with the seller, I’ve had multiple different responses, including one that basically tells me that I installed it wrong! I’ve had fountains before that lasted 12 years, not 12 hours!!! And multiple times they asked for address, phone, which I sent multiple times, which also tells me this company has a problem with their service. After finally being given (another) promise of a new pump and even a usps tracking number, I received yet ANOTHER EMAIL stating they need my address, phone (again) , and this time is when they basically said that I likely installed it wrong. So which is it? Am I to receive a new pump or do I have to take this even further?? Who’s going to be sure my $$$ isn’t going to be wasted on a non working fountain? I’d return it completely if the box would fit in my car. ... show more

This water fountain exceeded our expectations. And the seller contacted us even before it was shipped to thank us for the purchase and to be available for any issues. Great customer service does not happen like that everyday. Very impressive

    • Customer service lacking
I have tried three times to reach out to the company to report leaking behind the fountain. There has been no reply. The overall esthetics and make of the fountain is nice but I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone to fix this problem. I’ve had it for only 4 months.

    • Pump has already stopped working
The pump has stopped working in less than a month of running the fountain. The fountain is really beautiful but the pump has stopped working already. I will contact seller to see if thwu will replace the pump. Led lights are great.
