got Fountain on 05/07 got it set two weeks later work great until about three days ago Noticed the water was tricking out it was not the flow it had been So I looked and the water level was low and I typically add water everyday I filled it up next day it was low again So today I filled it 2 hours is low almost empty I don't see any damage or cracks the pump is working fine Would you know why this would happen I love the Fountain so disappointed ... show more

Nice water fountain, we are using on our patio. Don’t make my mistake, measure your space and batch it to size option available. I wish I would have gotten the larger size. The plastic flowers are not needed would recommend not sending it actually cheapens the product. The thought is nice.

Looks great but after a few months developed a couple small leaks at the bottom. Paid a pretty high price for this so very disappointed.

This fountain is a welcome addition to our small outside patio. The fountain is sturdy, does not look inexpensive, easy to connect. We connected the two plugs to a remote to enable an easy on/off and are enjoying the lights and sound.

We’ve only had the fountain 3 months and yesterday I noticed it wasn’t working. The water level was low which was odd because I had just filled it the day before. It was only pumping water through one side and then it just stopped. The back is a solid piece so I can’t see what is causing the issue. We can’t return it so now we’re stuck with a $300 fountain that does not work. We’re very disappointed because it is very beautiful and enjoyed having it at our front door. We had been shopping for a fountain for our patio for some time and found this one. We love it. Looks beautiful and sounds so relaxing. Just set it up today so fingers crossed it will last a long time. Definitely would recommend.
