I am overall very very pleased with my new fountain! I had a video to upload too, but it says "Unsupported file type," and I'm not sure how to add it. Bummer. So first things first, it's packed very well with huge pieces of molded styrofoam and rigid plastic corner protectors inside the box. It arrived undamaged. Takes about 5 days to arrive via UPS, but came 3 days earlier than they said. It's quite beautiful, strong and beefy - yet lightweight because naturally it's not real stone. Like many others, the Instructions are generic to all of their fountains, or maybe just one - but it sure isn't this model! That said, you got this: Simply lift the top "bowl" over the base and FIRST insert the LED wire into the large tube in the base. You'll have to wiggle it and reach up from beneath to grab it. SECOND: insert the flexible water pump tube into that large tube in the base portion. You'll have to wiggle it, and fuss with it to get it to drop down into the basin as well but stick with it. THEN, you will simply place the pump into the bottom reservoir and connect both the LED wire and screw on the waterproof cap. Check to make sure that strange little piece of plastic isn't still in the bottom of the water tube. I have no idea what it's for, and didn't need it for any connections. Then feed the power cords out of the back hole. Attach the transformer to the thin LED light wire. Fill with water - plug the cords in and you're set! I took off half a Star because the instructions won't do much for you other than confuse you. Also it indicates a bag of pebbles comes with it, but I didn't receive any - no matter, I had a bag of pretty stones and glass marbles, etc., and placed them over the mesh that covers the reservoir to keep out sticks and bugs. NOTE: I also just ordered a 16-oz bottle of Algaecide to make sure the water doesn't get clumpy and mossy and gross. That would most certainly clog the small water outlets in the top within about a week. I know how gross my bird feeder gets. Why would a fountain be any different? So you should do that too. Enjoy your new fountain! I'd buy it again ... but those instructions will only leave you baffled. Use my tips instead and you won't get frustrated and mad. ... show more

Great medium sized fountain perfect for use on a patio. Very nice looking yet lightweight. Super easy to put together. Love turning the light on at night and watching the water flow. Even the rocks that come with it are nice quality river rocks. Soothing waterfall sound but do be aware you can hear the motor running a bit. Definatley not too bad and would recommend. Really nice additional to our new patio. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Looked at MANY fountains and decided on this one because of the look. When it arrived it was somewhat already put together so I assumed it was returned from another customer and sent to me. Still not sure. The box also had excessive packing tape on it at every seam. But all the interior parts seemed wrapped in plastic well, so not sure. When I put it together the instruction book does not mention the top bowl at all. The instructions are very difficult to follow because it tells you to hook things up that are already attached to other things that they don't even show a picture of or mention. They also mentioned putting the pump back through the back side of the fountain which is impossible, at least on mine because the hole is so small. But can easily be put in through the front side, it's just more difficult reaching the pipe and wires through the back putting your hand up the inside from the front. I believe whoever wrote the book never saw the product. But I got it together, filled it up and I'm enjoying it. They also mentioned the fountain needs 2.3 gallons of water but they also say in the pamphlet not to overfill it with importance. There is no guideline/mark inside the fountain to know where the maximum fill is. The catch screen that sets on the bottom bowl has a 1 and a 2 and an arrow on it but there's no indication or mention in the pamphlet of what it's for or if it's supposed to go in a certain way but it seems to be working the way I laid it on top the bottom bowl. It also is suppose to come with rocks which mine did not and when attaching the top bowl which simply sets on the fountain I had to run the water tube and the electrical cord to the light through the same pipe built inside the fountain and I was unsure of that because it's water and electricity. But so far it seems to be working well and I love the sound and I gathered my own rocks to put inside the bowl which I'm not sure if that's where they're supposed to go or not because one disappointing thing is the top bowl does not fill all the way with water and it leaves a lot of dry area exposed which is very different from the pictures they have on Amazon. All the pictures look like the top bowl is full of water, which I really liked. But when placing the rocks in the bowl it gives the illusion the bowl is more full of water, just don't cover the holes that are drilled in the top bowl to drain. So far love the fountain, it's only been 3 or 4 days, but I wish the instruction booklet was much better written in their directions, would have saved a lot of frustration and guess work. The media could not be loaded. I’m so happy with my fountain! So easy to assemble, great packaging, it was just plug and go. My only problem was in the first picture, not much water flow. I found the plastic piece in second picture stuck inside air hose. Once I removed it, it works perfectly! That is the pump adjusted all the way up. It also arrived 4 days early and seller reached out to let me know they shipped. I’m super happy with my fountain and it comes with warranty. Thank you! ... show more

The fountain is aesthetically pleasing, however the directions that were provided depict an access cavity that removes to install the pump - the only opening on the back is a small round circle? We had to improvise and purchase a container to house the transformer and wiring. Also, the pump action does not seem to be as strong as shown in the videos. ... show more

This is a beautiful fountain. However, the lower parts with the rain type flow, get clogged up and I have to use a paper clip to open them back up everyday. It is very frustrating. When they are open, it's great. But then, I have to open them back up everyday. I do not like that at all. It is supposed to be an outdoor fountain and that is where I have it. I would not recommend it for outside. ... show more
