This works way better than I anticipated. I guess I expected like a shined-up camp stove. Yeah, that's not this. This is a commercial kitchen stove to-go. I cook professionally & these 2 burners easily do anything I need. I didn't install mine in the counter - tough decision. I built a small housing around it & use it as my camp stove. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say that here because it's probably not safe. But I'm an adult & I'm allowed to make decisions, even if they're horrendous. I took extreme precaution when I built it & I take extreme precaution every time I use it. I wish you could see the look on campers' faces when I bust out this puppy. I mean, this thing's nicer than the one my RV came with. The high flame gets real high & both burners respond to their controls with precision.
