I ordered two lights in April of 2020 and installation was easy and the lights were bright and worked great. About 5-months later I had one of the photo light sensors burn out in one unit. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement sensor for the unit. Once installed the light would not come on as expected. I emailed pictures of how I wired in the replacement sensor and asked for assistance on how to best troubleshot and correct the problem. They sent back an option on some wiring changes to try and after several times of emailing back and forth trying different options and none of them resolving the issue, they sent me a new replacement unit. Throughout the whole process they were very attentive in responding to me and were determined to get the issue corrected for me. I can say they were great to work with and willing to make sure I had a light that would work and that I was happy. I will be buying more lights from them as my needs arise. I installed this light above my garage in a dark alley. It is plenty bright at the garage height. The cover did come off from rough handling, looked like there was a small amount of clear silicone holding it on, re-glued. Inside were LED chips in a circuit board. My experience with outdoor lights and photocells is that the photocells last 3-6 years and I have had to replace them. This photocell is most likely attached to the circuit board, although I did not take it apart. I asked the manufacture if the photocell was replaceable and they said no. I would speculate the LED lights will long outlast the photocell. I did make a little roof/cover above it, out of flashing to shade the photocell and keep it out of direct sunlight. For the money, I am pleasantly surprised and would buy again. ... show more

Got this to replace a light on my shed. First off it is beyond bright enough, definitely what I needed to light the pool. The build quality is good as well i like how solid it feels. Puts out a reasonable amount of light. They are 100% plastic and non serviceable. They require a Allen driver to install. At night if they are operated by a switch it takes about 2 seconds to turn on.
