really good place to start--especially if you don't have any training to begin with. I am an inexperienced women's ministry leader and this was a God-send book to me!! This is a book you will find yourself diving into every time you feel like you need re-fueling as a Women's Ministry Leader. It has a kind of 'fluidity' that allows you to continually reconstruct to fit your particular culture or size ministry.
